A LOST LEG IS NOT A LOST LIFE
What We Do:
Established in 2012 and officially registered in 2015 as a non-profit organization in Grenada, ALG has pursued the goal of providing quality prosthetic service to amputees with as much cost efficiency as possible.
Why?
We love the people and we have found a home in Grenada.
The need is great and we have expertise.
Loosing a limb is not automatically the end of the world.
A person is not alone A L G focuses on the individual and strives to assist in re-enabling a persons every day mobility.
Improve quality of life of our brothers, sisters fathers and mothers by overcoming disabilities caused amputations.
Where?
Grenada and dependencies plus neighboring islands
Who benefits?
Any amputee within travel distance of Grenada can be eligible for ALG services. Either through self financing or by donations made to ALG by our sponsors. Contact us if you or someone you know is in need of our help.

Our client number 100 ! Carol Mitchell
Miss Carol from La Tante, St David has the honor of being our 100th client.
This was a milestone number for ALG and a healthy reminder of our achievements.
Early 2020 we got introduced to her when her church pastor called us and asked if we could help. Her biggest wish after her amputation was to again be able to attend the church services that she had been forced to go without. Through funding by her church we rose to the task and made her a prosthetic leg at her house in La Tante.
Click on her image to see a picture collage from our visit with her that afternoon in February.
Thank you to Miss Stina Ohm for accompanying us and supplying the images.
